SO Delicious!

I've got a busy day today but I thought I'd share a quick post with you. Today I am taking my CPAT (physical agility test I have to take before I can get hired on at a fire deparment). I thought I'd share with you my morning fuel; a yummy-to-my-tummy smoothie. I have to say this smoothie is WAY better as a recovery drink (because of the banana) but I need to go shopping and I have NOTHING else to eat. I am a huge fan of peanut butter banana smoothies but, as you know peanut are legumes and legumes are BAD NEWS BEARS!!! So, here is the recipe:
1 cup coconut milk (either canned or so delicious brand)
1 scoop eggwhite protien
1 banana
1 LARGE :) spoonful almond butter (I buy fresh ground from Rollin' Oats)
2 T of coconut oil for good measure

 I've doubled it here to make enough for cave mama
